If you want to be better at “meal prepping” but don’t want to eat the same meal 5 days in a row like the hardcore meal preppers, some softcore prepping might be for you!

I’ve never been a fan of eating the same meal all week, so traditional meal prepping isn’t for me. By day 2 I’m like 🤮. But, I do like to prep my produce, one or two meals, and a few key ingredients to make cooking for the week way easier!
