Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
½ onion, diced
1 tsp each garlic powder and Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika, black pepper, and salt
3 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
⅔ cup sour cream
1–2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1–2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 cups egg noodles

Directions
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess grease.
2. Stir in the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
3. Add the beef broth, heavy cream, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until everything is well combined and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
4. Add the egg noodles and cook according to the package directions, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
5. If the sauce becomes too thick, add an extra splash of beef broth or heavy cream until it reaches your desired consistency.

The easiest weeknight dinner! Buttery potatoes, BBQ lil smokies, zucchini, crispy bacon, and melty cheese all baked together on one sheet pan for a meal the whole family will love.

Ingredients
4 yellow potatoes, sliced
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 package Lil Smokies sausages
2 zucchini, sliced
½ onion, sliced (optional)
1 Olive oil
BBQ sauce (about ¼ cup or to taste)
Bacon bits
Shredded cheddar cheese
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Paprika, to taste
Garlic & Herb seasoning, to taste

Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. Slice the potatoes and parboil them for 8–10 minutes, until just fork tender. Drain well.
3. Toss the potatoes with the melted butter and season generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and Garlic & Herb seasoning.
4. Add the potatoes to a large sheet pan. Top them with shredded cheese and bacon bits.
5. Add the sliced zucchini (and onion, if using) to the sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Garlic & Herb seasoning.
6. Toss the Lil Smokies with BBQ sauce and place them on the sheet pan alongside the vegetables.
7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender and the potatoes are golden with melted cheese.
8. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1 onion, diced 1 packet taco seasoning 1–2 tbsp diced chipotle peppers (depending on desired spice level) ¼ cup water

Chipotle Mayo: ½ cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp diced chipotle peppers Juice of ½ lime Salt and garlic powder, to taste

Toppings: Lettuce Shredded cheese Pico de gallo Hard and soft taco shells

Directions:
1. Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet until fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.
