Found this suit at home and got curious, so I tried it on again after 12 years 😂
Sometimes I actually feel like dressing up like this, but I never really have a reason to. I’m either at home working or at the restaurant.
Ever since I was young, I always thought men who went to work in suits looked really cool.
Maybe I just need somewhere to wear this now.
Cook your pasta however you like — I like mine al dente, so I microwaved it for about 9 minutes.
In a pan, add a little oil, then:
• about 2 ladlefuls of kimchi
• 1/2 can tuna
• 1/2 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tbsp beef Dashida
The sugar helps balance the sourness if your kimchi is really fermented, so use less if yours isn’t too sour. Same with the Dashida — adjust to your taste.
Stir-fry everything well. When it’s almost done, add the pasta with a splash of pasta water and cook together for another minute or two.
That’s it. Save it for later 🤡
