How to hit a BACKHAND ROLL in 3 easy steps 👇🔥

Want more topspin and control on your pickleball backhand roll? Start with these three checkpoints:

1️⃣ DROP THE PADDLE HEAD
Get your paddle head below the ball so you have room to swing from low to high.

2️⃣ CREATE SPACE
Give yourself room to make contact out in front. Don’t let the ball get too close and jam your swing.

3️⃣ FOLLOW THROUGH HIGH
Finish high! That low-to-high swing path helps create topspin so you can get the ball over the net and dipping back down into the court. 🎯
