POV: You arrive in the Maldives for a luxury five-star holiday… and your husband secretly packed ENJO products.

Meanwhile I packed:

12 Swimsuits
4 Sunglasses
28 outfits for one week

Darren packed:

@enjo_australia cleaning fibres. This man looked at a literal tropical paradise and thought: “Beautiful. But this bench could use a wipe.”

The thing is, once you’re used to an ENJO clean at home, apparently it becomes VERY hard not to notice when something isn’t quite clean enough.

ENJO gets into all those little crevices, grooves and textures that a normal wipe or sponge can miss, so Darren has become accustomed to a certain standard. A standard he now takes on holidays. He always packs a couple of ENJO products because they take up barely any room and he likes giving our hotel room a little “home clean” when we arrive.

And honestly? Watching your husband happily clean while you drink cocktails by the pool is a level of relationship success I highly recommend.

Some women get diamonds.

I get streak-free glass.

Hormonal depression can feel frightening because it often arrives when your life looks perfectly fine on paper.

You may be functioning at work, smiling at people and still feel like you’re disappearing inside yourself.
Please tell someone. Speak to a doctor, therapist, friend or family member. Needing support is not weakness. Staying silent nearly broke me.

You don’t treat perimenopausal depression with an antidepressant; it’s a hormonal imbalance so you treat it with hormones. Ask your doctor about HRT/MHT. It saved my life.

If you are struggling right now know you are not alone. I’ve been where you are now and I got better. It’s important you take care of yourself right now. If it’s feeling overwhelming please call 131114

Did perimenopause affect your mental health in a way you weren’t expecting?

Monday TV day. On @thetodayshow we were talking about the government looking at banning Meta glasses with reports of men secretly filming women and children.

And yes, that behaviour is disgusting and absolutely needs to be dealt with.

But I am SO frustrated.

I love my Meta glasses. I use them every single morning on my walk to listen to Audible because the audio is brilliant, and I have tiny ears so normal earbuds are basically medieval torture devices.

I’d happily put gaffer tape over the camera if that’s what it takes.

What really gets me is that I haven’t seen a single article worrying about women misusing these glasses.

Yet potentially all of us lose access to useful technology because a small number of men are using it to behave like absolute creeps.

Can we please find a way to deal with the perverts without punishing everyone else?

Because I just want to listen to my audiobook in peace with my tiny ears.
