School pickup is such a weird mindfuck for me because I genuinely miss my kids all day. I WANT to hear every story, every piece of drama, every random thing somebody did at lunch.

Then all five of them get in the car at once and my brain is suddenly like… absolutely fucking not. 😂

I started looking into why that transition hits me so hard, and there’s actually research behind it. A 2025 meta-analysis looked at 30 studies and more than 5,300 people and found significantly greater sensory-processing differences in people with ADHD, including sensory sensitivity and sensory avoidance.

Which makes so much sense when I think about the jump from quiet → five voices, questions, movement, backpacks, touching, traffic, somebody asking for a snack and three people yelling “MOM” at the same time.

Understanding it doesn’t excuse me snapping at my kids. But it does help me recognize what’s happening sooner instead of wondering why the hell I went from perfectly fine to completely overwhelmed in five minutes.

I’m learning to catch the overload before I hit that point.

Send this to the ADHD mom who becomes a completely different person at school pickup because I guarantee she thinks she’s the only one. 😂

Morning walks are NOT optional in this house. If I’m moving too slow, Kasyle will put my shoes on for me and basically drag my ass outside herself. 😂

A couple of my girls have ADHD and lately we’ve been using Focus + Peace + Joy together, especially on school days and days when emotions are just… a lot.

Focus helps support attention, concentration and staying on task. Peace is for stress and feeling calmer. Joy supports mood and emotional well-being.

And we’ve actually noticed some pretty significant changes with them.

• They’re staying on task longer
• Less distracted at school/homework
• The big outbursts have gone down
• When an outburst does happen, they’re coming down from it WAY faster
• We’re seeing more of that stopping, calming down, apologizing and moving on instead of everything escalating

These little patches don’t have any ingredients or medication in them either. Nothing is going into their bodies. They use Vibrotactile Technology, which is basically the little textured pattern you see on the patch interacting with sensory receptors in the skin. Your nervous system processes that sensory information, and each pattern is designed for a different type of support.

Kids can wear them. Adults can wear them. I use them too.

If you’ve been watching me put these things on my kids wondering what the hell they are 😂 comment PATCH and I’ll send you all the info.

I keep seeing women join affiliate companies and then a few months later they’re frustrated because they’re posting and posting and still not making the money they thought they would.

And I get it. Having a good product doesn’t automatically teach you how to market it.

That’s why I’ve gone so freaking overboard with the training I’m building for my team 😂 I want you to be able to log in and actually learn how to do this. How to figure out who you’re talking to, create content that reaches them, write hooks that make them stop, turn that attention into leads, set up ManyChat, build an email list, automate your follow-up and understand how the entire process works from someone finding your content to eventually becoming a customer.

Because most of us are doing this between school drop-off, practices, dinner, laundry and 900 other things. I have five kids. I’m never going to teach someone a business model that requires sitting in their DMs all damn day.

I want the women underneath me to actually learn how to market online. That skill goes so much further than one product or one company.

If you’ve been wanting another source of income and wish somebody would just teach you what the hell to do, comment INCOME and I’ll send you what I’m building.
