The Cloudsurfer 3 is here from ON with a whole new foam! One of the most popular models over recent years has been the Surfer line and I think this iteration is going to be a return to form for those who have worn the OG. #runnerdad #runlifebalance #dadsthatrun #runningshoereviews
#ad My half tights from @wolaco ruined regular shorts for me because they don’t come close to the storage solutions. Lucky for me Wolaco also has a base layer North Moore Short which allows me to switch up my fits without sacrificing storage space #wolacopartner #dadsthatrun #bestrunningtights #halftights
Week 1/8 ✅

This week was a daily normal week of training but I’ll admit the thing that is more likely to burn me out at the start of this block is more work/moving than the actual running! Not looking forward to weeks 5&6 of this block which will be done while moving across the country ☠️

We’re full sending training for the NY Marathon so I’m trying to get everything out of my long runs as possible.

First I’m terrible at negative splitting so I’m doing my best to work on finishing faster than I started

Second I’m working to get my gut ready for the amount of carbs I’ll be taking in on race day

The long run is such a valuable tool in training so I’m doing my best even in a shortened training block.
