Knee pain as a footballer? These exercises aren’t a magical fix for knee pain. The goal is to gradually build stronger, more resilient legs that are better prepared to handle the running, sprinting, jumping, cutting, and changes of direction that come with football. Strengthening the muscles around your knees, ankles, and hips can help your body handle the demands you put on it every time you step on the pitch. And remember, if your knee pain is persistent, sharp, or getting worse, get it properly checked out. Follow for more football content ✅

5 reasons you’re NOT getting faster ⚡️ 1. You’re trying to sprint fast with bad technique. - If your body position, arm movement, and first few steps are off, you’re making it harder to build speed. Clean up HOW you sprint, not just how often you sprint. 2. You’re not giving yourself enough rest between sprints. - Doing sprint after sprint with barely any rest turns your speed session into a fitness session. Recover, then attack each sprint with quality. 3. You only train speed in a straight line. - Football isn’t a track meet. Work on accelerating, stopping, changing direction, and exploding again, not just straight line sprints. 4. You’re doing plyometrics, but not progressing them. - Doing the same basic jumps every week will only take you so far. Progress your jumps, bounds, single-leg work, and explosive movements as you improve. 5. You’re training hard but recovering poorly. - If your legs are constantly heavy from games, training, and the gym, it’s hard to actually get faster. Give your body time to recover so your speed sessions are quality. BONUS — 6. -You’re not following @nfc.futbol Can’t get faster if you’re missing the tips 🤷‍♂️✅
