£19,064 is how much we could have saved on our mortgage 😭

When we bought our home, we were so excited about turning it into our home that overpaying the mortgage just wasn’t a priority.

And I recently realised just how much that decision could cost us.

I ran the numbers and worked out that if we’d overpaid our mortgage by just £200 a month for the last two years, we could have saved around £19,064 in interest and shaved approximately 9 months off our mortgage term.
