I kept thinking there was going to be one thing that changed everything. I started this “back to me” series 18 weeks ago because I still felt deep in the fog of postpartum as my baby got closer to 2 🤍

But over the last several weeks, I’ve finally felt like I’ve come up for air a little… and realized what’s actually helped most along the way:

-being in the moment more
-habit stacking
-prioritizing playfulness with my girls
-walking more
-less stress because of clearer priorities
-more sleep
-a few extra steps in my nighttime routine
-drinking the water (forever a non-negotiable 😂)

SAVE THIS 🩷 Every millennial kid remembers those little pink & white frosted animal crackers 😭

I haven’t had them in probably 15+ years since going gluten-free… so I made my own version for my girls and honestly? They took me RIGHT back to childhood. I specifically remember eating these at my grandparents house when I was little 🥹 and these taste just like I remember. Pretty sure I nailed the nostalgia 👏

Of course I made them gluten free, dairy free, & ridiculously easy ✨

WHAT I USED:
-Glutino Gfree animal crackers
-1/2 cup dairy-free white chocolate
-2 tbsp coconut butter
-rainbow sprinkles (dye-free 😉)

Melt the coconut butter + white chocolate together until smooth, dip crackers, add sprinkles, and let set on parchment paper 🤍

These are honestly like the real deal… and such a fun little kitchen activity to do with your kids too 🫶
