Starting strong with this creamy Marry Me Chicken Pasta, easy to make, rich, comforting, and packed with protein.💕

Ingredients:
• 3 chicken breasts
• 200g pasta of choice
• 1 tbsp butter
• 4–5 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
• ½ onion (finely chopped)
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• Sun-dried tomatoes
• ¾ cup pasta water
• ½ cup low-fat fresh cream
• Salt & pepper
• Parsley/cilantro

For the chicken:
• Paprika / chilli powder
• Garlic powder
• Oregano
• Salt

Method:

1. Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, oregano and salt.
2. Sear in butter on both sides until golden. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add a little more butter, garlic and onions. Sauté well.
4. Add tomato paste and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for a minute.
5. Pour in pasta water, season with salt & pepper.
6. Add low-fat fresh cream and cooked pasta. Toss everything together.
7. Place the chicken back on top, cover for a minute and let it soak up all the sauce.
8. Garnish with parsley/cilantro and enjoy.

Crispy, buttery, spicy and finished with parmesan and is probably my easiest wings recipe yet.

Ingredients:

* 500g chicken wings
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder
* Salt to taste
* 1 tbsp corn flour

For the sauce:

* 1 tbsp butter
* 3–4 tbsp hot sauce
* Splash of water
* 2 tbsp parmesan
* Chopped cilantro/parsley

Method:

1. Marinate wings with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and corn flour.
2. Air fry at 400°F for 20 mins, flipping halfway.
3. For the sauce, melt butter and add hot sauce.
4. Add a splash of water to thin it down.
5. Turn off the heat and mix in parmesan + chopped herbs.
6. Toss in the crispy wings and coat well.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dip.

Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp oil
• Whole spices (2 cloves, 1 small cinnamon stick, 2 cardamom)
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
• 1 tomato, chopped
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• 100g Greek yogurt
• 150g boiled black + white channa
• 150g rice (soaked)
• Coconut milk + water
• Salt to taste

Steps:

1. Heat oil and add whole spices.
2. Add sliced onions and sauté till soft.
3. Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, and chilli powder. Cook till the raw smell disappears.
4. Stir in Greek yogurt and mix well.
5. Add boiled channa, coconut milk, water, and salt.
6. Add soaked rice and pressure cook for 6 minutes.
7. Fluff it up and enjoy ✨
