Guys this didn’t last longer than 30 minutes 😭🤦‍♀️🍑 my sons are now requesting all flavors so getting on that 🏃‍♀️

Peach Fruit Roll Ups (fruit leather)

6 ripe large peaches
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 200°F. Line a 13x18 baking sheet with parchment or silicone baking mat (you could also use 2 quarter sized baking sheets, 9x13). Pit peaches and rough chop. Add to a blender with lemon, honey, and cinnamon. Taste to adjust, sweetness mellows out as it dries so keep that in mind.
Spread roughly 1/8 inch thick on parchment, try not to make the edges thinner than the middle!
Bake for 6 hours. When you touch it, it should be tacky not wet.
Allow to cool completely before peeling and cutting into strips. Enjoy!
