I’m not saying these worked, but let’s just say my labor was fast with this one 🤷‍♀️ Regardless, they sure are delicious!

You’ll Need:
- Pitted dates
- Peanut butter
- Melted chocolate
- Salt

You’ll Need To Do:
- Pit your dates if you bought whole.
- Fill with peanut butter.
- Melt your chocolate. Dip date into chocolate or drizzle all over.
- Top with salt.
- Place on a sheet pan with parchment paper. Place in freezer for about an hour to harden.
- Store in fridge afterward.
- Enjoy! It’s recommended to eat about 5-6 dates per day to help with promoting cervical ripening, reducing the need for labor induction, and significantly shortening the first stage of labor.

Personally I celebrate soup season all year long but I live with someone who does not believe in hot soup during hot months 😠 Let’s make homemade tomato soup- it’s wayyyy easier than you think!

You’ll Need:
-about 4 lbs on-the-vine tomatoes, chopped up
-1 white onion, loosely chopped
-3 garlic heads, cut in half
-Fresh rosemary sprigs or thyme sprigs
-Olive oil
-Spices: Basil, oregano, salt & pepper
-4 cups vegetable broth
-1/2 cup half and half (or whole milk)

You’ll Need To Do:
-Preheat oven to 400F. Place tomatoes, onion, garlic and sprigs onto a sheet pan. Generously drizzle with olive oil.
-Season and measure with your heart with above spices. Place in oven for about an hour.
-After cook time, add sheet pan contents into a blender OR soup pot with 4 cups vegetable broth. Blend together (or use an immersion blender if in soup pot).
-Add half & half. Mix together.
-Enjoy!
