She wanted to add triple the cinnamon 🤣 Iced Apple Pie Matha Latte INGREDIENTS Apple syrup Half cup of apple juice 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice (or cinnamon) Matcha Latte 2 grams (roughly 3/4 teaspoon) matcha 1/4 cup hot water 1 cup milk of choice (I used cashew) Cinnamon Cold Foam 3 tablespoons of heavy cream 2 tablespoons milk Generous pinch of cinnamon INSTRUCTIONS Add apple juice and cinnamon to a small saucepan to boil. Simmer on medium until most of the water evaporates and syrup thickens. Pour into a small container and set aside. Add 1/4 cup hot water and matcha powder into a bowl. Whisk in M motions until frothy. Add milk and syrup into a separate cup and whisk to blend. Top with matcha and cold foam and enjoy!
