Ramen Eggs馃馃崪

Start out by soft boiling 8 eggs for about 6 minutes, then immediately transfer them to an ice bath for easy peeling.

After they cool in the ice bath for 15 minutes, tap the bottom and the top of the eggs to crack them, then lightly roll them on the counter, then peel.

For the marinade, to a bowl add:
-1 cup of water
-1/2 cup of soy sauce
-1/2 cup of Mirin
-2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
-2 teaspoons of fish sauce
-2 cloves of minced garlic
-a 1 inch cube of chopped ginger
-2 sliced green onions

Add in your eggs, and let them marinate in the fridge (covered) for 3 days.

Instant Ramen Chicken Noodle Soup馃嵅

To a pot on medium heat add:
-3 tablespoons of butter
-1 cup of sliced carrots
-1 cup of sliced celery
-1 cup of diced onions
-1 tablespoon of finely chopped ginger

Saut茅 until the onions run clear then add:
-4 cloves of minced garlic

Once the garlic cooks for about a minute, add in:
-4 to 5 cups of unsalted chicken stock or unsalted chicken bone broth. (The amount depends on how much broth you like in your soup, and you can always add more later.)

Cook covered until the vegetables are soft.

Then you鈥檙e going to get 2 packages of your favorite chicken instant ramen and add in the seasonings.

This Shin Chicken Ramen is my favorite to use, each pack comes with a soup base, seasoning, and dried toppings. (I leave out the dry toppings since I already added fresh veggies.)

Add in both packages of the ramen noodles, and cook as directed on the back of the package.

For the chicken, I like to thinly slice a rotisserie chicken breast, and heat in in the air fryer for about 5 minutes at 385 degrees (to get the skin crispy)

Finish it off with some sliced green onion, and a ramen egg (the egg isn鈥檛 mandatory, but definitely a nice touch! (I鈥檒l be posting the recipe for these tomorrow)

Strawberry Vanilla Fruity Pebble Ice Cream Bars馃崜馃寛馃崷

Start by making the Fruity Pebble Sugar Cookie Slabs.

In a mixing bowl add:
-2 sticks of softened salted butter
-1/2 cup (packed) of light brown sugar
-3/4 cup of granulated sugar

Mix this together on medium speed until its light and fluffy then add:
-1 egg & 2 egg yolks
-1 tablespoon of light corn syrup
-1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Mix on low speed until just smooth.

In a separate bowl mix together:
-300 grams of flour
-20 grams of cornstarch
-5 grams of baking powder

Slowly add your dry ingredients on low speed, and stop mixing as soon as it鈥檚 combined.

Then get 1 cup of fruity pebbles, lightly crush them up, and fold them into the dough.

Separate the dough perfectly in half using a food scale.

Then line a 9x13 cake pan with parchment paper (including the edges, so you can pull the cookie out.)

Add half of your dough to the center, and cover with parchment paper.

Then use your hands and the bottom of a measuring cup to evenly press the dough into the pan.

Bake each slab at 325 degrees for 13 minutes.

Repeat the same process for the second half of the dough.

Right when it comes out of the oven, coat the top with a layer of fruity pebbles and firmly press them into the cookie.

Let each slab cool completely on a cooling rack, and freeze for 30 minutes prior to assembling the sandwiches.

Then fully line the cake pan with plastic wrap, and add in your first cookie slab (fruity pebble side down)

Add in scoops of vanilla ice cream and strawberry ice cream and lightly spread it in. (You want the ice cream to be slightly soft, but not too soft.)

Then add the remaining cookie slab to the top, cover it in the plastic wrap, and let it freeze for no less than 8 hours.

Cut them into rectangles, and serve straight from the freezer.

-2 eggs

Mix this together, then mix in:
-1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour
-2 teaspoons of baking soda

Line a cake pan with parchment paper and spray it with some oil, then spread in your batter.

I made a 2 layer cake using a bone shaped pan.

For 2 layers, you can use two 6 inch cake pans.

For just one layer, use:
-one 8 inch round or square pan
-one 9 inch round pan
-one 9 x 5 inch loaf pan
-one 9 x 9 inch square pan

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, letting the cake cool completely before spreading on the icing.

(Cooking times may vary for the single layer pans. Use a toothpick to check the center to see if it鈥檚 fully cooked.)

Icing recipe:
-1 cup of greek yogurt
-1/2 cup of all natural unsalted peanut butter (with NO artificial sweeteners鈥硷笍)
