chili oil tacos!
read below for honest thoughts 👇

📝 first of all it makes me SO happy to see childhood chinese foods appear in new creative concepts like this! this is why i love nyc

📝 pig ear, tripe, dan dan pork were great and really flavorful.
others i didn’t personally love as much, were a little dry
(pro tip add chili oil to all of them!)

📝 i love the concept but as they opened recently i think execution could be improved a little bit - mainly on portion size!
and i wish the chicken had more flavor / tortilla was a little on the dry side

📝 still incredibly unique tacos and love the nod to chinese heritage. try it for yourself :)
