Man, these were the DAYS! 😂🔥

A lot of y’all remember the original Black Excellence video, but how many of y’all knew we made a PART 2?! 👀😭

Looking back at these moments with my brother and my boy John really takes me back. Just good vibes, genuine friendships, and memories we didn’t even realize we were making. ❤️

It’s crazy how something we did just having fun can still bring people together years later. Some moments really are timeless! 🙌🏾

BE HONEST! 😂👇🏾 Have y’all seen this version before, or am I putting you on for the FIRST TIME?!

And if you’re rocking with this type of energy, TAP IN and FOLLOW! We got a whole lot more where this came from! 🔥🤝🏾

Earlier this year, at 29 years old, I was diagnosed with ADHD.

For years, I struggled to understand why certain things seemed so easy for other people but felt like an uphill battle for me. The procrastination, the racing thoughts, the frustration of knowing exactly what I needed to do but struggling to actually do it.

Sometimes the hardest part wasn’t the struggle itself. It was being so hard on myself because of it.

Getting diagnosed didn’t change who I was, but it helped me start understanding myself in a way I never had before.

And here’s what I want people to know: Having ADHD doesn’t mean you’re incapable of achieving greatness. Your brain may work differently, but different doesn’t mean less than.

ADHD comes with real challenges, but it doesn’t have to define your limits. I’m learning to embrace my strengths, work through my challenges, and turn what once felt like a weakness into my own superpower.

To anybody who’s ever been called lazy, felt misunderstood, or questioned why their brain doesn’t seem to work like everybody else’s: You’re not alone, and your story is still being written.

Happy ADHD Awareness Month! ❤️

Whether you have ADHD or love someone who does, what’s ONE thing you wish more people understood about it? Let’s talk about it in the comments.
