The fall of our consciousness came through the rise of the patriarchy.
But we are remembering.

Her womb is a portal between realms.
It holds ancient remembrance
and the pain of the women before her.

And the reclamation of the wild feminine isn’t pretty.
It isn’t love and light.

It’s raw. Untamed. Protective.
Anchored in truth.

Remember that Truth does not wait for permission.
& it certainly does not people please.

As we reclaim the feminine,
we reclaim our sovereignty.
Our intuition.
Our power.

The feminine is about receivership and softness but she’s never felt safe to but yet she’s also fiercely loving and a truth teller and will spit venom to those who harm any other being yet she was exiled for her truth!

Shes relearning to own her rage.
To reclaim her voice.
To detangle her sexuality from performance or to entice for attention and remembers its creative force.

She heals her not enough wound.
She stops hiding her too muchness.
Layer by layer she returns to the heart.

Our wombs are crying out.
Womb issues have never been higher right now either!?
Does that not speak volumes about the earth speaking to us?

We are not here to just survive anymore.

We are anchoring light into the earth through embodiment.
Through awakening our wombs and our voices.
Through coming back fully to the heart.

We cannot change outside of ourselves unless we look inward and really see where we are still not free ourselves

I believe true freedom is a huge threat to our whole survival mechanism. But reclaiming this as our birthright, as we rewire and outgrow old ways of being, is the most liberating and important work there is; for the expansion of our own consciousness and in really being the change we truly want to see in the world.

This is why speaking our truth is not a straight forward thing to just do when it is tied into our whole nervous system in trying to keep us safe.

The truth is… ⬇️
telling yourself the truth isn’t black & white or grand;
It’s subtle.
Nuanced.
Quietly terrifying.

For many of us, truth once meant:
– conflict
– abandonment
– punishment
– being gaslit
– being told you were wrong for what you felt

When you grow up around secrets, lies, emotional avoidance, or distorted realities, your system learns something vital:
Truth is not safe.
So you adapt.
Not by consciously lying;
but by withholding your own knowing.

You may pride yourself on honesty.
You may despise lies.
And yet…
you might still create private distortions to survive:
• Minimising how much something hurts
• Telling yourself “I’m fine” when your body says otherwise
• Confusing your intuition with survival
• Over-rationalising your feelings
• Handing your power to others to decide what’s real

These aren’t character flaws.
They’re protective strategies we LEARN!
Vulnerability is scary for our whole system.
The body remembers what truth once cost.

So we create secrets inside ourselves;
not to deceive;
but to stay connected, loved, & safe.
This is where shadow & somatic work is so often misunderstood.

It’s not about calling yourself out.
It’s not about forcing honesty.
It’s not about ripping the mask off.
It’s about learning to look gently.
Slowly.
With compassion.

Over this last week in Morocco for @sacredspiralretreats , whirling in devotion, prayer, & presence; alongside my soul sisters I’ve witnessed this again & again.
As the body moves, spins, softens…
what was protected begins to loosen.
What was hidden doesn’t get exposed;
it gets met.

My work doesn’t ask you to be more honest.
It helps you see where honesty stopped feeling safe.
We track it through the body.
Through sensation.
Through the nervous system.
Through what tightens, numbs, collapses, or goes quiet.

Because truth lives in the body.
& when the body feels safe enough,
truth doesn’t need to be forced.
It reveals itself.
Not as a confession;
but as a remembering.
