What did you think about the new Louis Theroux documentary?

It raises a lot of real questions about masculinity and what many men today believe they’re supposed to be. For a lot of guys, the focus has become chasing money, women, status, and material things. But when you chase the flesh of the world, you can easily start making those things idols and eventually they consume you.

That’s not what real strength looks like.

A true man is built on sacrifice and discipline. It’s about serving, providing, protecting, and living with purpose. It’s about building families, not destroying them. Building other men up, not tearing them down.

The truth is, there are too many boys walking around in men’s bodies today.

Someone once said your environment is everything. The people you surround yourself with shape who you become. And the same goes for relationships if you build your life around men chasing empty things, you end up surrounded by emptiness.

I say this from experience. I used to be that man. I chased the wrong things because I thought that was what success looked like. It felt good in the moment, but the feeling never lasted because it was empty.

Real fulfilment came when I started living with purpose helping others, growing as a man, and treating women with respect. That’s when you start to find real peace.
