INGREDIENTS
Shrimp:
* 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* Salt & pepper, to taste
* 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
* ½ cup HERDEZ® Mexican-Style BBQ Habanero and Pineapple
Cabbage Slaw:
* 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
* 1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
* ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
* Juice of 1 lemon
* Salt & pepper, to taste
Creamy Sauce:
* ¼ cup Greek yogurt
* 1 large avocado
* Small bunch cilantro
* 1 garlic clove
* Juice of 1 lemon
* Salt, to taste

To serve the tacos:
Warm corn tortillas and layer with creamy sauce, cabbage slaw, and the glazed shrimp. Top with cotija cheese, pickled onions, and fresh cilantro.

• 1/2 taza mayonesa
• 2 cdas ketchup
• 1 cda relish dulce
• 1 cda mostaza
• 1 cdta vinagre de manzana
• 1/2 cdta sal
• 1/2 cdta cebolla en polvo

Finish with lettuce, tomato, and onion.

• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp sweet relish
• 1 tbsp mustard
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
