For too long, my constituents in #Battersea have been at the mercy of unscrupulous managing agents, facing extortionate service charges and unfair ground rents. That injustice cannot continue.

Today marks a turning point.  Rebalancing power to where it belongs with leaseholders delivering the rights, protections and long-term security they rightly deserve.
